Who can shop at the Hétpettyes Logistic Center?

Shopping at the Hétpettyes Logistic Center is only possible for resellers whose activities are in close connection with the commerce of gift, florist or decoration business. Our company is a wholesaler, therefore we direct all end users to our reselling partners.

How can I be a buyer of the Hétpettyes Logistic Center?

We only can serve those clients who have already registered before. The personal customer card can be received in our department store: H-2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Kántor St. 5. In each case we need a copy of the company’s register. The drawing of the card only takes a few minutes and makes it possible to start shopping with it immediately.

Are there any shopping minimums?

By the time of the first shopping there is a minimum spent on net 20,000 HUF. There are no lower limits of the additional shopping. The yearly minimum spent is net 100,000 HUF. If someone cannot fulfill that, we take their customer card back. Further shopping is only possible with a new registration and a new minimum spent by the time of the first shopping.

Is my customer card still valid?

All customer cards are valid until the owner fulfills the yearly minimum spent.

Can I shop if I have not got my customer card with me?

Those customers that forgot to bring their customer cards with them can be identified in our computer system and they can once shop with a daily card. Next time they can only shop with their customer cards with them.

Can I come in with children or pets?

Children need to be under constant parental control because of the moving of the barrows and trolleys. For the same reason pets can be only carried in carrying boxes or can be hold in hands. Therefore we ask our customers not to bring their children or pet with them, because we cannot take any responsibility for the accidents they may meet.

Can I pay with credit card?

You can use credit card in the Logistic Center, but there is no possibility to do that in our market shops.

What are the conditions of shopping at the Wholesale Flower Market of Flora Hungaria/Szeged/Wien?

In those markets the operators can define the terms and conditions of the entrance and shopping. For more information on this, please visit the websites of the markets. Once you are in the market, there is no need for further registration or customer card to visit our shops. We also do not expect any minimum spent there.

Can I order home delivery?

We do not have capacity for home delivering our products, but if a customer needs that, we can suggest our partners who can help in home delivering.
